Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst (B2B AU Telco) to support Enterprise Client Success and Delivery teams. The role focuses on creating, enhancing, and delivering governance, SLA, utilisation, and mobile service statistics reports, and to provide data-driven insights for improved client outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining reporting automation, collaborating with client-facing teams, and ensuring timely, accurate outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years in a reporting, BI, or data analysis role (ICT/telecom/MSP).
• Experience producing client-facing reports (governance packs, SLA dashboards).
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI for analytics.
• Knowledge of SLAs and performance reporting in client-facing contexts.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled governance and service reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc and bespoke reporting requests from client-facing teams.
• Analyze outputs to provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.
• Ensure reporting tasks are completed accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain version control and consistent reporting outputs.
• Identify and implement automation and scripting improvements.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Delivery teams to align reporting with business needs.
• Contribute to client governance frameworks with timely, data-driven reports.
• Document processes and update work instructions every six months.
