EuroAsia Executive Search Inc. in Metro Manila, Quezon City seeks a Sales Officer to promote CCTV systems, biometric devices, attendance monitoring and IT solutions to business clients.

You will generate leads, build relationships, identify customer needs, and prepare quotations and proposals to hit sales targets. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, account management and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct client visits and fieldwork as required.
• Knowledge of CCTV, biometric devices, attendance systems, IT solutions or B2B sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell CCTV surveillance systems, biometric devices, attendance monitoring systems, access control solutions, and IT products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and client visits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, dealers, system integrators, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure appropriate product recommendations and service delivery.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and prospective accounts to close sales.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and sales performance reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
