• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets.
• Provide ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate.
• Enable the removal of roadblocks to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor team productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews.
• Analyze data trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Be a point of escalation for clients and respond to issues.
• Coordinate incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
