Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a motivated B2B Sales Manager to lead our client’s first B2B expansion, build sales processes from the ground up, and drive growth.

You will lead and coach a sales team, manage outbound prospecting, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes. This is an onsite role in Shaw Mandaluyong requiring night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience handling outbound sales, prospecting, lead generation, or customer acquisition teams is preferred.
• Proven experience managing individual contributors in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a B2B sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Help establish and strengthen workflows, team discipline, and performance standards for a pioneer account.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs; track results and identify performance gaps early.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members.
• Assist with pipeline management, client engagement, and sales execution; ensure strong activity management and conversion discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer and sales outcomes; remove blockers and improve results.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance summaries; share accurate updates on team performance and business outlook.
