Job summary

Ascentium Talent Solutions PH Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to lead HRIS SaaS solutions in the Philippine market, including travel to meet clients and close deals. This role focuses on developing strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and presenting compelling product demos.

You will collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction, keep abreast of competitive issues, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
• IT and HR background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
