Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an client-focused HRIS Consultant to lead onboarding, configuration, and post-deployment support for our HRIS platform.

You will guide clients through setup, training, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management. You will conduct system walkthroughs, end-user training, and knowledge transfer while addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure a smooth deployment and successful adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
• Leadership or project exposure is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Experience using AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, system configuration, and HRIS implementation activities.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide user support and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the Technical Team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and action items.
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients.
