Job summary

Laundryheap is seeking an energetic Operations Associate for our overseas office in Bengaluru. You will be the first point of contact for B2B clients, resolving issues on live chat, managing orders end to end, and supporting live logistics across time zones.

You will coordinate with warehouse, fleet, inventory, and accounts to ensure smooth operations, monitor routes, and provide proactive, high-quality service. Night shifts and international collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience, including 2+ years in customer service and escalation management (chat/email).
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Intercom or similar customer-support tools.
• Exposure to operations/logistics, preferably with international exposure.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced live environments.
• Night shifts / rotational shifts experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with B2B clients and resolve issues via live chat.
• Manage orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Support live logistics by monitoring routes and driver activity.
• Collaborate with warehouse, fleet, inventory, and accounts to resolve issues.
• Provide live driver support and handle payments, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Track KPIs, maintain knowledge bases, and drive process improvements.
