Job summary

Kreeayt Bpo is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Associate: Buy Ops Warehouse to support client daily operations. You will handle data entry, reporting, and account accuracy, communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires night shift availability, on-site work, and proficiency with Excel. A senior high diploma or vocational course is acceptable, with 6–12 months in BPO as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow-up with the vendors
• Updating correct data in the system using AS400
