Laundryheap is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Global Customer Operations team in Bengaluru. You’ll help customers across international markets via email and live chat, delivering professional and empathetic service.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records while meeting KPIs. The role offers rotational shifts, weekends, and a competitive salary with shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support or similar role.
• Experience supporting customers via email and live chat.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Intercom, Zendesk or Freshdesk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via email and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints while maintaining a positive experience.
• Take ownership of conversations from first contact to resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
