easyIT is a Melbourne-based MSP undergoing a strategic marketing transformation. You will directly support the fractional CMO, building marketing infrastructure, driving lead generation, and increasing brand visibility across campaigns, content creation, and outbound activities.

The role blends content, campaign execution, and outbound lead generation with measurable business results, offering hands-on growth in a changing environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to write compelling business-focused content (not consumer writing).
• Understanding of B2B buying psychology and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Translate technical IT concepts into business outcomes language.
• Experience writing for CEOs, CFOs, Operations Managers.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Writing: update website pages, blog posts, case studies, emails, and sales materials.
• Cold Outreach & Lead Generation: build targeted prospect lists, execute LinkedIn and email campaigns, and manage replies.
• Campaign Execution & Management: run referral campaigns, manage email sequences, post on Google Business Profile and LinkedIn.
• CRM & Data Management: maintain GoHighLevel leads and pipeline data, enrich contact details.
• Analytics & Reporting: monthly lead/demand reporting and dashboard upkeep.
