Job summary

LevelUp, a remote-first marketing outsourcing agency in the Philippines, seeks a strategic marketer to own the marketing program for a portfolio of mid-market B2B clients. You will design demand generation plans and lead client workshops across channels.

You will direct creative, content, and specialist teams, monitor campaigns, and translate insights into pipeline and revenue. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strong client engagement, all in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

Agency strategy experience in B2B marketing.
Proven revenue-driving campaigns across paid, organic, content & email.
Strong data analysis from marketing and web analytics.
Ability to lead client presentations for non-technical audiences.
Experience with AI and automation in marketing workflows.
Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and paid channels.

Responsibilities

Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels.
