Job summary

LevelUp, a UK-based B2B growth agency partnered with HubSpot Diamond, seeks a strategic Marketing Lead to own the marketing program for a portfolio of mid-market clients. You’ll design demand gen plans, run client workshops, and guide creative, content, and specialist teams to execute your vision.

You will leverage AI for planning, analysis, and optimization, connect tasks to pipeline results, and challenge clients when data indicates better approaches. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Must have background in B2B marketing strategy or planning within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in designing and running programs across paid, organic, content, and email channels with clear pipeline/revenue impact.
• Strong capability in extracting actionable insights from marketing and web analytics platforms.
• Experience leading client presentations and workshops for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of using AI and automation to improve marketing workflows.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated demand generation programs for B2B clients across paid search, LinkedIn, paid social, SEO, content, events, and client websites.
• Lead strategic direction for client accounts and conduct workshops with key stakeholders.
• Brief and direct creative, content, and specialist teams to align deliverables with strategy.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns, analyze data, and translate insights into actions tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Shape website strategy, including site structure and conversion optimization, based on research and testing.
• Collaborate with HubSpot specialists to configure automation and CRM workflows supporting conversion and sales enablement.
• Integrate AI tools as a core component of planning, analysis, and optimization.
