Job summary

NMS Philippines is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth across multiple brands and regional markets.

You will drive demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, content, paid media, analytics, and sales enablement while mentoring the marketing team and collaborating with Sales to enhance performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, AI, SaaS, or outsourcing.
• Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and paid media.
• Proficient in marketing analytics, CRM, and AI-powered marketing tools.
• Experience managing marketing teams and working closely with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive B2B lead generation through digital marketing, SEO, content, paid ads, and events.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and website performance.
• Lead SEO, GEO/AEO, content marketing, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and support pipeline growth.
• Oversee creative production, marketing collateral, and campaign execution.
• Track and report marketing performance, ROI, and key business metrics.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing cross-functional projects.
