Job summary

Busy Bee Cleaning Company in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive our brand’s growth. You will be the bridge between Busy Bee, enterprise (B2B) clients and residential (B2C) customers, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and owning specialized B2B marketing projects and new ventures.

You will travel to meet corporate clients, conceptualize impactful service campaigns, and coordinate with our creative team to ensure timely, on-brand outputs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, B2B Marketing, Account Management, or Project Management.
• Education in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic marketing and brand development projects directly assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
• Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Coordinate with external creatives to deliver on-brand assets and campaigns.
