Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive B2B Growth Marketing MSME Project Manager to lead the execution of the Easy Era 2.0 Campaign across On-Ground, Socials, and PR channels.

You will bridge strategy and delivery by coordinating with Growth, GTM, Channels, and external vendors to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope. Qualifications

• Educational Background: College graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Key Account Management, or Project Management (FMCG background is a plus).
• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Events & Activations Management.

Responsabilités

• Run regular sync meetings with internal teams (Growth, GTM, Channels) and external vendors to track project milestones.
• Maintain Campaign Readiness trackers to monitor On-Ground, Socials, and PR status.
• Issue timely follow-ups and reminders to stakeholders regarding deliverables and deadlines.
• Send concise weekly status reports to Segment Leads highlighting project health, upcoming milestones, and potential risks or delays.
• Collect, review, and organize external vendor invoices and billing documents for accuracy.
• Process payment requests and coordinate with internal finance teams.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend streamlined workflows to Segment Leads to improve campaign execution efficiency.
