Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing MSME – Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects for MSME initiatives. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and deliverables completed on time.

You will track milestones, prepare weekly status updates, coordinate invoices and approvals, and identify bottlenecks to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or cross-functional projects is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of campaigns across on-ground, social media, and PR channels.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and overall campaign readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Organize and facilitate project syncs, follow-ups, and coordination meetings.
• Prepare weekly project status updates including progress, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate vendor invoices, billing documents, payment requests, and other admin requirements.
• Monitor project requirements and ensure documents and approvals are completed on time.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Manage multiple project activities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks and approvals.
