Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Singapore digital marketing activity across website, search, email and social channels. You will leverage data and market insights to improve visibility, engagement and lead generation, collaborating with global and regional teams to drive business growth.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years' hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO and SEM, including Google Ads.
• Experience with GA4 and building reports.
• Experience with a content management system; Sitecore strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot or similar).
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and scheduling tools.
• Comfortable with admin and finance processes such as purchase orders, invoices, claims and budget tracking.
• Experience with audience targeting segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Experience supporting or running B2B demand-generation and lead-generation campaigns.
• Clear written English.

Responsabilidades

• Update and publish content on the C&W Singapore website using Sitecore.
• Load and maintain property listings on the website, ensuring details, images and availability are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with global and regional web teams on site updates and issues.
• Support search engine optimisation (SEO), including on-page content, keyword integration and content structure to improve organic visibility.
• Support answer engine optimisation (AEO) to increase brand visibility and referral traffic.
• Support search engine marketing (SEM) execution, including ad copy and landing page content for paid campaigns.
• Build, test and send email campaigns and event invitations on the company's email platform.
• Manage and develop the contact database, lists and segmentation, with BI support.
• Ensure email activity complies with data protection requirements.
• Report on opens, clicks and conversions.
• Schedule and publish approved content on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Maintain the content calendar and monitor comments and tags.
• Raise purchase orders and process vendor invoices and marketing claims.
• Track marketing spends against budget and keep records up to date.
• Support month-end finance processes, including accruals and spend reconciliation.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor management processes.
