Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Metro Manila is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to manage and optimize activity across website, search, email and social channels. You will use data and market insights to improve visibility, engagement and lead generation while supporting the Singapore BDS team.

The role requires strong capabilities in SEO/SEM, GA4 reporting, Sitecore CMS, and email marketing platforms, with a bias toward data-driven optimisation and cross-channel collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B, professional services or real estate
• Experience with SEO, SEM and Google Ads
• Experience with GA4 and building reports
• CMS experience; Sitecore preferred
• Email marketing platform experience (e.g. SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot)
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and scheduling tools
• Comfort with admin/finance processes (POs, invoices, claims, budget tracking)
• Experience with audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Experience supporting or running B2B demand-generation campaigns
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written English

Responsibilities

• Website operations including content updates and property listings on the corporate site
• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts and content structure for better visibility
• Build and send email campaigns and manage contact databases
• Publish and schedule content on LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Support digital campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads
• Maintain GA4 dashboards and compile monthly performance reports
• Handle marketing operations like POs, invoices and budget tracking
• Collaborate with finance and procurement for vendor management
