Job summary

Sun Battledore, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in the Philippines. You will help plan vehicle delivery routing, monitor fleet status, and maintain stock records to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include coordinating driver assignments, processing delivery logs, and assisting with internal material fulfilment and reporting. A suitable candidate has 1–3 years in logistics roles and strong MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in logistics or related field is required.
• 1-3 years in fleet management, dispatch, or internal inventory coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with GPS tracking, routing tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning daily vehicle delivery routing and driver assignments.
• Track real-time delivery status and communicate with drivers and clients.
• Record PODs, fuel receipts, and delivery logs for auditability.
• Monitor inventory levels for packaging materials and logistics equipment.
• Maintain fleet logs and generate monthly OTIF and utilization reports.
