Job summary

SUN BATTLEDORE INC is seeking a Logistics/ Fleet Dispatch Coordinator in the Philippines. You will assist in planning daily vehicle routing and driver assignments to optimize transport timelines and costs.

You will track real-time delivery updates, coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams, and maintain PODs, fuel receipts, and delivery logs. Strong organizational skills and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years in fleet management, logistics dispatch, or internal inventory coordination.
Proficiency with GPS tracking, routing tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning daily vehicle delivery routing, load distribution, and driver assignments.
Track real-time delivery status between drivers, warehouse teams, and clients.
Maintain communication with drivers on the road for delays or issues.
Process and archive daily driver trip logs, POD signatures, and delivery receipts.
Monitor inventory levels for packaging materials and office supplies.
Coordinate with procurement to issue requisitions and follow up deliveries.
Generate monthly fleet utilization, mileage, and fuel reports for management.
Maintain dispatch logs and OTIF delivery metrics.
