Job summary

Wedded Wonderland, Manila-based, is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to drive a high-volume, B2B outreach motion targeting venues, hotels, tourism boards, and luxury brands. You will work the pre-built playbook, touching 150–200 accounts weekly, and convert qualified opportunities into meetings for the closers across global buyers.

Responsibilities

• Base activation: manage the dormant B2B CRM base, 150–200 accounts weekly, ensure each account ends with a status.
• Cold calling: 40–60 dials/day across 2 lanes to venues, hotels, tourism boards, and luxury brands.
• Named-account research: 25–40 live named accounts; research budgets and product fit before dialing.
• Sequence execution: Run the pre-built cadence daily (email, social touch, proof point, calls, assets, breakup).
• Email at volume: multi-mailbox, verify addresses, bounce-rate under 2%, raise issues the same day.
• Inbound speed: triage ~20 inquiries daily; respond pricing/media kit within 15 minutes.
• LinkedIn and Instagram outreach: engage accounts, send concise problem-focused messages.
• Personalisation: include a real detail from the last 90 days on every first touch.
• Event pipeline: manage slots to deadlines; report weekly on coverage.
• Booking and handoff: move positives to closers with complete details.
• List hygiene: weekly cleanup of active/pipeline/dnc/unsubscribes.
• Weekly reporting: track dials, connects, emails, deliveries, and pipeline value.
