Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to join our B2B sales team in Shaw, Mandaluyong. You will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals, taking ownership of the sales cycle and hitting targets.

The role requires 3–6 months of B2B experience and familiarity with market intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Apollo.io. You will work closely with the sales team to craft compelling pitches and overcome objections.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals. Core Responsibilities

• Review notes from Sales Development to ensure a smooth handoff and understand the prospect's needs before reaching out.

• Conduct market intelligence using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo.io to research target accounts.

• Handle objections confidently by answering questions and showing the clear value of our solution.

• Negotiate with clients to find mutually beneficial terms and successfully close new business.

• Manage the full sales cycle from the initial qualification call and demo through to the final signature.

• Meet sales targets and keep our CRM updated with accurate deal tracking.

Qualifications
