Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to join our B2B sales team in Shaw, Mandaluyong. You will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals, taking ownership of the sales cycle and hitting targets.

The role requires 3–6 months of B2B experience and familiarity with market intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Apollo.io. You will work closely with the sales team to craft compelling pitches and overcome objections.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of B2B experience.
• Experience as Account Executive or similar.
• Familiar with market intelligence tools.
• Proactive, self-starter with a drive to hit numbers.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Review notes from Sales Development to hand off and understand prospect needs.
• Conduct market intelligence using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo.io.
• Handle objections confidently by presenting the value of our solution.
• Negotiate with clients to close new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to signature.
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate CRM deal tracking.
