Job summary

SGS is seeking a technically skilled Technician to provide advanced IT operations support across Azure-based services, REST APIs, and automation workflows. You will diagnose incidents, collaborate with L1-L3 teams, and maintain accurate documentation in the ITSM system.

The role requires 5+ years in IT operations, hands-on Azure Functions (.Net), Logic Apps, Kubernetes/AKS, and SQL Server / Azure SQL. Fluent English, strong communication, and a track record of improving service quality in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, or similar.
Solid hands-on Azure Functions (.Net) experience including Azure Integration services and Logic Apps.
Proven experience resolving incidents beyond first-level support.
Experience operating in multi-cultural and geographically distributed environments.

Responsibilities

Handle technical incidents and service requests to achieve accurate resolutions.
Follow Leader guidelines and established procedures.
Follow self-assignment best practices to balance workload.
Escalate complex tickets with full details to L3 when required.
Log and update ticket information in ITSM tool.
Coordinate with other technicians for smooth handover of incidents and service requests.
Create, maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in advanced technical training to maintain expertise.
Support initiatives for operational efficiency and service quality improvements.
