Job summary

Acclime is seeking an Azure Platform Support Engineer to ensure health, stability, and reliability of Azure-based data platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, and Azure DevOps, plus strong scripting and observability skills.

You will monitor environments, support data pipelines, troubleshoot CI/CD, and conduct RCAs for production incidents. Night shift in PST may apply; strong English communication and Filipino citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF and Azure DevOps in production environments.
• Experience configuring, monitoring, and debugging data pipelines and notebooks on Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployments in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Databricks and ADF environments.
• Support data pipelines, notebooks, ETL/ELT workflows, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
• Handle production incidents and conduct RCAs.
• Improve monitoring, automation, documentation, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
