Job summary

Acclime is seeking an Azure Platform Support Engineer to ensure health, stability, and reliability of Azure-based data platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, and Azure DevOps, plus strong scripting and observability skills.

You will monitor environments, support data pipelines, troubleshoot CI/CD, and conduct RCAs for production incidents. Night shift in PST may apply; strong English communication and Filipino citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF and Azure DevOps in production environments.
Experience configuring, monitoring, and debugging data pipelines and notebooks on Azure.
Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployments in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Databricks and ADF environments.
Support data pipelines, notebooks, ETL/ELT workflows, and CI/CD.
Troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
Handle production incidents and conduct RCAs.
Improve monitoring, automation, documentation, and platform reliability.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps teams.

Job description

We are looking for an Azure Platform Support Engineer to support the health, stability, and reliability of Azure-based data platforms.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates MUST have hands-on experience in ALL THREE:

Azure Databricks - clusters, jobs, notebooks, layers, and workspace operations
Azure Data Factory (ADF) - pipelines, debugging, triggers, and Integration Runtimes
Azure DevOps (ADO) - Repos, CI/CD pipelines, Boards, and deployments

Candidates missing experience in ANY of the three technologies will not be considered.

Other Requirements

Hands-on experience in Azure platform support, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Production incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Automation/scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability experience
Strong English communication and documentation skills
Willing to work night shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM PST
Must be a Filipino citizen
Must be currently based in Metro Manila / NCR, Philippines
