Job summary

Virtual Business Partners LLC is seeking a Platform Engineer to oversee the administration, support, and maintenance of enterprise cloud, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure platforms. This hands-on role emphasizes production stability and incident resolution.

You will serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point, manage Entra ID, Intune, AVD, and M365 services, develop PowerShell automation, and collaborate with Service Desk, IT, MSPs, and vendors to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in production environments.
• Experience resolving Tier 2/3 incidents in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 in production.
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex incidents.
• Investigate and resolve issues across Azure, Entra ID, and SaaS platforms.
• Manage identity and access services including Entra ID and RBAC.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and related services.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and Intune workflows.
