Job summary

Genpact in Manila is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Workforce Management, responsible for end-to-end WFM operations design, delivery, and program governance across global delivery centers.

You will drive staffing, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management while guiding large teams and collaborating with senior leadership to scale capabilities and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large Workforce Management programs.
• Knowledge of WFM fundamentals, tools and technology.
• Ability to drive transformation and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery on WFM operations to meet business expectations including staffing, scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning and performance reporting.
• Lead client conversations and manage large WFM teams across multiple locations, fostering diversity.
• Set up large WFM programs as a service, manage P&L, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and operational planning.
• Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Introduce breakthrough technology solutions (e.g., RPA) into WFM ops.
• Provide knowledge design, implementation, and support for complex WFM domains.
• Monitor solution implementation and support new deal pricing, due diligence, and stabilization.
