Job summary

The Citco Group Limited seeks an experienced Fund Accountant to join our Alabang-based Fund Accounting team. You will maintain books, calculate NAVs, and coordinate financial statements and investor allocations for complex fund structures.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, 6+ years in financial services accounting, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and supervisory experience. Hybrid work (3 days onsite) in Alabang, Philippines is offered.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years’ accounting experience in financial services (Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
• Consolidations under IFRS knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Private equity/real estate fund experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values.
• Coordinate and review financial statements and reports, including monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Coordinate and review calculations of carried interest, performance, and incentive fees.
• Coordinate investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalizations.
• Coordinate partner capital account statements and payments.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work.
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact and respond to investor queries.
