Responsibilities

• Lead payment innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technologies, market developments, and customer trends.
• Serve as the key relationship manager between Payments & Cards and Digital, for mobile wallet initiatives and digital payments.
• Shape the Cards and Loans innovation agenda with new ideas, partnerships, and industry developments.
• Represent the Cards and Loans business with Agile and Digital delivery teams, ensuring business requirements reflect strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Lead business compliance and regulatory readiness across the Cards and Loans portfolio, ensuring timely remediation and control enhancements.
• Oversee product terms and conditions to remain commercially sound and regulatorily compliant.
• Drive growth and profitability across Cards, Loans, co-brand and other payment products by optimizing acquisition, engagement, activation, retention and customer value.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payment innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technologies, market developments, and customer trends that can strengthen the Bank's Payments, Cards, and Loans propositions and competitive position.
• Serve as the key relationship manager between Payments & Cards and Digital, particularly for mobile wallet initiatives, digital payments, and related customer experiences. Build deep expertise across digital product management, payments, mobile wallets, and corporate card solutions.
• Shape the Cards and Loans innovation agenda by bringing forward new ideas, technologies, partnerships, and industry developments. Ensure the portfolio strategy remains forward-looking and that foundational capabilities are appropriately prioritized and funded to sustain market leadership.
• Represent the Cards and Loans business with Agile and Digital delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements accurately reflect the Payments and Cards strategy, customer needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead business compliance and regulatory readiness across the Cards and Loans portfolio, ensuring timely execution of compliance requirements, remediation initiatives, control enhancements, and regulatory examinations.
• Oversee product terms and conditions, ensuring they remain commercially appropriate, customer-responsive, legally sound, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive business growth and profitability across Cards, Loans, co-brand, and other payment products by developing and executing strategies that optimize acquisition, engagement, activation, retention, and customer value.
