Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Fund Accounting (Dublin) via a hybrid work model at our BGC, Taguig City delivery hub. You will supervise fund accounting activities, including NAV preparation and cross-staff mentorship.

The role requires a senior professional with Hedge Funds/Private Equity experience, strong English, leadership, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of Hedge Funds or Private Equity experience (or 7–10 years in Financial Services).
• Exceptional English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership traits: ethics, reliability, and Exacting Excellence.
• Pro-active, self-starter mindset with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex NAVs for a diverse hedge funds portfolio.
• Liaise with lawyers, investment managers and prime brokers across jurisdictions.
• Ensure client relationships comply with internal policies, laws and risk management.
• Mentor junior staff with technical training and attendance monitoring.
• Report issues and updates to VP/SVP or Senior Project Manager.
