The role requires 3+ years’ leadership in collections, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, with a proven ability to optimize processes and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a call center environment.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage call center unit of 100–150 associates and 8+ exempt staff in inbound/outbound collections.
• Direct frontline Portfolio Control Team Managers.
• Identify opportunities to leverage collections infrastructure to maximize effectiveness while controlling costs.
• Partner with collections operations, outsourcing, strategy risk and others to implement strategies.
• Analyze performance, trends, and metrics; develop and implement action plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to VP Collections and leadership team.
• Develop Portfolio Control Team Managers and frontline staff individually and as a team.
• Use sound judgment based on information analysis.
