Job summary

WHR Global Consulting leads the global collections organization, driving strategy, automation, and performance across international teams from Sibulan, Philippines. Willing to work on-site or relocate to Sibulan to enable effective oversight and collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in credit card collections, 5-10 years in leadership within BPO or global collections, and strong knowledge of compliance (FDCPA, UDAAP, Reg F).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in credit card collections (non/sub-prime environment).
• 5-10 years in leadership roles within BPO or global collections operations.
• Knowledge of collections strategies, dialer systems, and negotiation tactics.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge (FDCPA, UDAAP, Reg F, OCA, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and implement global initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing collection performance through automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with global standards and client requirements.

Duties:
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to improve global collection performance and operational efficiency.

Lead and manage international collection teams, ensuring productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align collection strategies with overall business goals.

Drive innovation through digital transformation, automation, and use of business intelligence tools.

Monitor key metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement improvements to meet targets.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, and others).

Job Qualifications
