Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience or 7+ years if no degree.
5+ years of business knowledge in Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Contracts.
3+ years of AI/Gen AI feature implementation and orchestration tools in procurement apps.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning and Gen AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Be the Process Improvement expert for AI within the S2P organization in Synchrony.
Align with Coupa’s AI roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Coupa team to specify requirements for AI in Coupa Agent Studio.
Hands‑on experience configuring Procurement/Sourcing/Contract modules for new implementations and improvements.
Develop and maintain configuration timelines and documentation.
Review release notes and propose process efficiencies in Coupa.
