Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior S2P (Source-to-Pay) Solutions Architect to lead AI-driven transformation across procurement workflows in a global environment. You will design, configure, and optimize S2P solutions, with a focus on Coupa and automation, aligning with business requirements.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and IT to implement intelligent agents and governance-driven processes, while guiding release management and testing efforts to ensure

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of IT experience in procurement domains.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with AI or generative AI solutions, including automation.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay systems, including configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and generative AI in enterprise procurement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management in governance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a process-improvement expert for AI within Source-to-Pay, driving automation and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT and AI groups to enable AI capabilities in Coupa.
• Support configuration and enhancement of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contracts and risk modules.
• Apply AI concepts to develop intelligent agents and automation features in procurement systems.
• Coordinate with platform support to define requirements, troubleshoot issues and ensure successful implementations.
• Lead testing for new configurations, track defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, timelines and process changes in line with governance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability building in AI and procurement tech.
