Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior S2P (Source-to-Pay) Solutions Architect to support Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives within a global procurement environment. This role focuses on leveraging AI and automation to improve procurement processes, enhance system efficiency, and enable intelligent workflows within enterprise procurement platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technology partners to design, configure, and optimize Source-to-Pay solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven capabilities and Coupa platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a process improvement expert for AI within the Source-to-Pay function, identifying opportunities to enhance procurement workflows through automation, AI agents, and intelligent process integration.
• Evaluate process inefficiencies and design solutions that improve end-to-end procurement performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement teams, IT, and AI working groups, to enable AI capabilities within procurement platforms such as Coupa.
• Support the configuration and enhancement of modules related to procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and risk management in alignment with business requirements.
• Work with AI and generative AI concepts to support development and deployment of intelligent agents and automation features within procurement systems.
• Coordinate with platform support teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
• Support release management activities by reviewing system updates, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and validating new features.
• Lead testing efforts for new configurations, support defect tracking, and ensure issues are resolved timely and structured.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, implementation timelines, and process changes, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Engage with vendor communities and platform support forums to track enhancements and stay updated on new capabilities.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge on AI and procurement technologies, and contribute to capability building within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of overall IT experience, with strong functional knowledge in procurement processes including sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and accounts payable.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with AI or generative AI solutions, including automation or orchestration tools.
• Hands‑on experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa (or similar Source‑to‑Pay systems), including configuration, enhancement, and support of procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts in enterprise procurement applications.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and experience in cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work in a structured, governance‑driven environment.
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and procurement innovation, ability to apply ethical judgment, confidentiality, and sound decision‑making in AI‑related implementations.
