Job summary

Synchrony Global Services Philippines, Inc. seeks an AVP - Sys Admin & AI Solution Architect to drive AI-enabled process improvements within Source to Pay. You will build AI agents, configure Coupa modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with S2P requirements.

You will work with IT and Coupa teams to manage tickets, test configurations, and mentor teammates while advancing AI capabilities across procurement, sourcing, risk, and contracts functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in IT or related field, with 5+ years in IT.
• 5+ years business knowledge in Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts, Sourcing, Accounts Payable.
• 3+ years experience implementing AI/Gen AI features and orchestration tools in procurement apps.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Gen AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be a Process Improvement expert for AI within S2P in Synchrony.
• Align with Coupa roadmap for AI Agents and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Experience in implementing Gen AI features and AI agents in procurement apps.
• Coordinate with Coupa team to define requirements for Coupa Agent Studio.
