Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and problem-solving tools.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production operations, shop floor management, scheduling and workforce management.
• Ensures quality compliance and documentation to meet standards; drives QMS adherence.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance to meet airworthiness requirements.
• Leads strategic and capacity planning with Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Mentors multidisciplinary teams and enforces health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drives continuous improvement and cost effectiveness across operations.
