Job summary

SIA Engineering (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to oversee the operations support services within the MRO division. You will manage multiple teams across Sheet Metal, Composites, NDT, Paint, and Support Shops, ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and quality standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or MRO operations, with at least the last 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Led and managed Sheet Metal, Composites, NDT, Paint, Specialized Support Shops, GSE, and Tool store, with the ability to drive organizational change.
• Well-versed in aviation regulatory requirements (CAAR, EASA, FAA, etc.) and Safety Management Systems.
• With certifications in Human Factors Principles, Aircraft Safety Management, and/or Aircraft Maintenance General Familiarization
• With Leadership Program training and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels
• Has a solid financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations support services division within an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (MRO).
• Lead senior foremen of the 'Support Groups'-Sheetmetal Team, Composite Team, NDT Team, Paint Team- and the 'Support Shops'-Seat Shop, Galley & Lavatory Shop, Laminate Shop, Decal Shop, Battery Shop, and Machine Shop, and future capability development.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the divisions of Tools Store and Ground Support Equipment (GSE), managing their respective Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Staff.
• Ensure that all support functions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and quality and safety standards, and maintain profitability.
