Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electronics/AV Technology.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on AV repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Willingness to work at multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair AV equipment including LED walls, displays, projectors, amplifiers, speakers, and control processors.
• Perform component-level and board-level repairs, including soldering and firmware updates where applicable.
• Conduct post-repair testing, calibration, and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Document repair activities via service reports, repair logs, and warranty documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance to field technicians and installation teams.
• Adhere to safety procedures, ESD protocols, and quality standards.
