All Visual & Lights Systems, Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business and manage client accounts in the Northern provinces of Luzon.

The role focuses on prospecting, project-based sales, and promoting AV-IT solutions to government and private sector clients. You will identify new clients, manage the sales pipeline, conduct site visits, and present AV-IT solutions while coordinating with internal teams for support.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate in a related field (ECE/CoE/IT or business).
• 1–2 years of sales experience in AV-IT, auxiliary systems, or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of project-based sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and basic needs assessments.
• Present AV-IT solutions and manage the full sales cycle.
• Prepare basic quotations and assist with bidding requirements.
• Follow up leads promptly and maintain an updated sales tracker.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and project support.
• Continuously learn product features and technical specifications.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards.
