Job summary

All Visual & Lights Systems, Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business and manage client accounts in the Southern Luzon region. The role focuses on prospecting, generating project-based sales, and promoting AV-IT solutions to government and private sector clients.

You will identify and secure new clients, manage a project-based sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and site visits, present AV-IT solutions, and handle basic quotations while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/CoE/IT or related business field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in AV-IT or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of project-based sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and basic needs assessments.

• At least 1–2 years of sales experience in AV-IT, auxiliary systems, or related fields
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Preferably based in South Luzon
  

Qualifications

• Office-based with frequent fieldwork and client site visits.
• Extensive travel within Southern provinces of Luzon may be required.
