You will provide omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and monitor vehicle alerts while ensuring quick resolution and high standards of service. This position is based in Taguig, with on-site work at McKinley Hill and opportunities for growth within a global technology services leader.

Qualifikationen

• Open to undergraduates who have completed at least 2 years in College.
• Candidates must have at least 18 months (1 year and a half) of BPO experience.
• Candidates must have high proficiency in written and verbal English skills.
• Willing to Work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

Aufgaben

• Manage interactions between passengers, the autonomous vehicle fleet, and AI driving software to deliver a safe and seamless rider experience.
• Provide real-time support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems while addressing customer and driver inquiries.
• Monitor vehicle alerts, service notifications, and operational issues, coordinating appropriate actions and escalations when needed.
• Troubleshoot rider, driver, and vehicle-related concerns, aiming for first-contact resolution and accurate case management.
• Perform case documentation, ticket prioritization, follow-ups, and escalation of complex issues to support efficient operations.
• Maintain service excellence by meeting quality and performance metrics, supporting testing activities, and staying current on autonomous vehicle technology and processes.
