Qualifications

Responsibilities

• In charge of warranty concerns and claims concerns.
• Evaluate warranty claims of customer if valid or not.
• Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal.
• Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedures.
• Documentation of vehicle quality improvements.
