Global Mobility Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician/Technical Field Staff to diagnose, repair, and test units, while delivering excellent customer service in Cebu City.

You will ensure installation quality and coordinate with IT for unit status, with duties including daily reports and meeting KPIs. Requirements include at least 6 months in a related role, a high school diploma with vocational auto maintenance training, proficiency in Word/Excel, a valid license, and

Qualifications

• At least 6 months working experience in related position.
• High School Graduate.
• Vocational courses in auto maintenance and repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hold a valid driver license and has own motorcycle.
• Professional appearance and friendly customer service.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

Job description

Good day, Global Mobility Service is currently looking for Automotive Technician/Technical Field Staff

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Identify problems with the units using the diagnostic equipment.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
• Test the functionality of parts and the MCCS device
• Make sure that the quality of installation is maintained
• Able to prepare the daily Installation Reports to be submitted to the assigned Area Supervisor
• Ensure to coordinate the unit status to IT department, if necessary.
• Make sure that KPI’s and KRA’s in your position are met according to company standards.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Automotive Technician Requirements:

• At least 6 months working experience in related position
• At least High School Graduate
• At least with vocational courses in auto maintenance and repair.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hold a valid driver license and has own motorcycle
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
