Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc seeks an Automotive Technician to maintain fleet vehicles, perform diagnostics, and repair engines across regional project sites. The role emphasizes field and shop work with shifting hours and on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on experience, TESDA NC II/III advantageous, and strong diesel/gasoline engine knowledge. Driver's license is a plus; non-drivers with relevant background are welcome.

Qualifications

• Two to three years hands-on automotive repair and fleet maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of diesel/gasoline engines, electrical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
• Field service readiness with willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMS on light utility vehicles and fleet equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, braking, suspension, and steering issues.
• Conduct tune-ups, oil changes, and belt replacements; handle minor electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot in the field and maintain repair logs and parts inventories.
