Job summary

Asticom is hiring Mechanic Drivers to perform routine automotive repairs and fleet maintenance while supporting field deployments. The role involves driving 4-wheeler and 6-wheeler vehicles, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining logs.

On-site and field duties require strong diesel/gasoline engine knowledge and a valid Professional Driver's License with current restrictions. The position offers competitive pay with statutory benefits and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Vocational Diploma, or TESDA Certificate in Automotive Servicing.
• Minimum 2 years of practical working experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Mechanic Driver.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with updated restriction codes for 4-wheeler and 6-wheeler vehicles.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel/gasoline engines, mechanical troubleshooting, and road safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive servicing, engine troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Drive and operate 4-wheeler and 6-wheeler utility vehicles and trucks safely during field operations.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections including brake systems, fluid levels, tires, and electrical units.
• Transport maintenance crews, technical equipment, and replacement parts to designated site locations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle repair logs, daily trip records, and fuel consumption reports.
