Qualifications

• Graduate of any automotive course.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Accurate and organized.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Graduate of Automotive Degree.
• Certified NCI and NCII.
• With at least 1 year experience in dealership/automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and leadership: Oversees the work of other technicians and mechanics in the shop.
• Training and development: Trains new technicians and provides ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Workflow management: Manages workflow, allocates resources, coordinates with parts, and communicates with service advisors.
• Quality control: Inspects repairs, oversees diagnostics, and ensures safety and repair procedures are followed.
• Technical support: Provides guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians on challenging repairs.
• Safety compliance: Enforces safety protocols and ensures proper use of safety equipment.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintains records of repairs, parts, hours, and productivity.
• Problem solving: Identifies issues and implements solutions to improve efficiency.
