Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Foreman to lead technicians and support staff in our busy service shop. You will schedule, assign, and review work, mentor mechanics, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain high-quality repairs.

You will provide technical guidance, oversee equipment maintenance, and enforce safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to motivate a team toward efficient, safe, and compliant service

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years as automotive technician with supervisory experience.
• NC I and NC II certifications essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and review work for technicians and staff.
• Train and mentor new and junior mechanics.
• Conduct performance reviews and address concerns.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of shop equipment and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and diagnostics for complex vehicle problems.
• Perform quality control inspections including test-driving vehicles.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with company policy.
