RMA Properties and Prime Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Unit Head to oversee our automotive service operations. You will lead the service team, ensure quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, and drive profitability.

You will handle customer concerns and insurance transactions, coordinate with insurers, and implement process improvements to improve service quality and efficiency across the unit.

Formación

• Experience in automotive service operations or management.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in automotive service teams.
• Experience handling vehicle insurance claims and coordinating with insurance companies.
• Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and service procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, parts control, and cost management.
• Ability to manage teams, resolve customer concerns, and oversee daily operations.
